Shifting Power: How to change systems by centering those most impacted by inequity through collective leadership

Based on research conducted over the past year, this new casebook explores six collective leadership initiatives that center those who have been marginalized or excluded from positions of leadership.

The cases offer lessons from experience-rich practitioners highlighting the strengths and challenges of distinctive collective leadership models. 

Each case describes why a shift to collective leadership was necessary as well as what ongoing collaboration looks like in action and feels like in practice. 

Details include how each model was developed; which supports have been critical to implementation and what the impact of particular approaches has been.
