Network Incubator initiative

The Schusterman Family Philanthropies’ Network Incubator initiative invested in peer-led networks to spark and spread positive change that is grounded in Jewish values on a wide scale. The pilot program aimed to connect promising young Jewish leaders with peers and build their capacity to develop robust, sustainable networks for social impact. Network Impact played a dual role in the pilot, providing network building guidance to program participants while conducting an evaluation that tracked the program’s implementation and results. Network Impact’s program support led several program participants to solidify their network strategy to expand their reach and impact. The evaluation served as input to the foundation’s approach to leadership development as a driver for systemic change.
