New Resource: Network Know-How Guides

In partnership with The Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies , Network Impact has created a series of Network Know-How Guides for early-stage network builders who want to learn how to develop healthy, sustainable and impactful networks.

The collection of easy-to-use resources highlights key network design and management principles for social impact network builders. Each Guide includes real-world examples of how network principles can be applied in practice with clarifying questions for users to help them create and refine their network strategies.

The Network Starter Guide introduces basic concepts for social impact networks and includes a self-assessment to help network builders determine which Network Know-How Guides are most relevant to them with a description of the key questions each Guide covers.

Real world inspired and tested
The Network-Know How Guides served as the basis for the curriculum used by Network Incubator, a former Schusterman Family Philanthropies initiative. Realizing that this information could be helpful to other network builders, we spoke with the network leaders that were part of the Incubator to find out what was most helpful and what could be augmented to create a toolkit of Network Know-How Guides for network builders around the world.  Learn more>>

"Learning that there is a true science behind networks, rather than just a ‘gut feeling’ was eye-opening. Developing a plan to build a network-centric approach was pivotal for us. We are seeing that it is a far better way to build connections and collaborations."
