Network Impact's new resources

Hello, all!

Resources, tools and frameworks for network builders

Network Impact recently launched a new website that now houses our publications, network building tools and resources, as well as Field Notes with lessons from our work. You can also explore recent projects in all four of our areas of practice: Investing in Networks, Network Start Up & Design, Network Planning & Management, and Network Research & Evaluation.

For example, this practical tool:  Stages of Network Development, describes  how networks transition through five distinct stages of development. At each stage, network organizers focus on different priorities and have different questions about how to advance their network’s goals.

Foundations Launch $9 Million Fund to Support Regional ECD Networks

Over the last decade,  in over a hundred countries across the globe, there has been a dramatic increase in collective capacity for cross-sector work to advance Early Childhood Development (ECD).  Critical to this accomplishment have been four regional ECD networks.

A new donor collaborative established by Open Society Foundations, Porticus and the Oak Foundation, and hosted by the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation, will support the critical work of these regional networks

Network Impact supported the development of the new fund with a report that identifies the unique advantages of regional networks in the ECD sector, and explores how they can be leveraged for increased impact, especially in times of crisis and recovery.

Our commitment.

As advocates for network organizing, we are committed to assist and learn from individuals, institutions, networks and social movements that are engaged in anti-racist work. This includes reflecting on ways that cultural assumptions rooted in racism or other systems of oppression may be manifest in the larger society and in our own practice.
